We have 25 years experience in mobile home park design.
Subdivision of plots designed for siting of mobile homes. Plots are generally leased to mobile home owners and include utilities, parking space, and access to utility roads. Many parks also include such amenities as swimming pools and clubhouses.
Law defines a mobile home park as a parcel or contiguous lots of land which contains, or is laid out or adapted to accommodate three or more mobile homes. Subdivided lots with more than two mobile homes are also a mobile home park when the lots are owned by the same person, even though there may only be one mobile home on each lot. There are limited exceptions for seasonal parks and housing for farm employees.
